🎯 Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team at BronzeByte IT Solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and client engagement — especially via Upwork and similar platforms. This role is perfect for freshers or professionals with up to 2 years of experience from an IT background looking to build a long-term career in business development.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

  1. 1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through online bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
  2. 2. Understand client requirements and present suitable proposals.
  3. 3. Communicate effectively with international clients (written and verbal).
  4. 4. Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely delivery of client expectations.
  5. 5. Maintain client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  6. 6. Prepare and maintain reports related to sales activities and progress.

💼 Requirements:

  1. 1. 0–2 years of experience in business development or sales (IT industry preferred).
  2. 2. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  3. 3. Familiarity with Upwork or other online freelance platforms is mandatory.
  4. 4. Must be from an IT or Computer Science background (educational or work-based).
  5. 5. Ability to understand technical proposals and project scopes.
  6. 6. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, or other business tools.

🕘 Working Details:

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
